I’m getting really creative this season because I love to eat dessert (anyone who knows me at all will attest to this) … But even with this crazy sweet tooth I have, I STILL try to choose healthy options!
I’m sure that many of you have heard of the benefits of dark chocolate, so this is one healthy ingredient I choose to include as much as possible!
Health Benefit: Dark chocolate provides polyphenols with antioxidant activity.
Tip: Choose dark chocolate with at least 70 percent pure cocoa and have an ounce a few times a week. Ooo-kay!!
