These are the perfect accessories to tie (ha … no pun intended) your Fourth of July decor together. Honestly though you can use this trick that Martha Stewart helped me conjure up for any occasion.  Just switch out the ribbons and fabric squares.  Here’s the how-to!

Ingredients:
Fabric squares of your choosing (I found mine at JoAnn’s)
Complimentary ribbon of your choosing
Glue gun
D rings
Scissors

Directions:
Cut ribbon into 8″ pieces. Cut one end of the ribbon at an angle or into a divot like so …

Second, slip the other side of the ribbon into two D rings, and hot glue gun the edge.

Fold the glued edge over the D rings to secure in place.

Third, unfold your fabric square.  Then fold all of the unfinished sides in.  You can sew the unfinished sides if you want to do it right, but I didn’t have time.

Roll up your napkin.

“Belt” your ribbon around the rolled napkin.

Voila!  Your table is set for the Fourth!
