On the 6th day of Christmas my true love gave to me…
A place where local produce has better accessibility.
Gardenfly launched on December 1st to the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. It is building ecosystems to bring gardeners, urban farmers and local food lovers (or locavores for short) together to share their harvest and connect with each other. By bringing agriculture back to the community, the future of local eating continues to look brighter. This allows you to not just eat healthier, but to actually know what you put into your body and where it comes from. The local food movement is rapidly growing, and Gardenfly makes it easier than ever to provide and receive local food within your community.
The locavores behind Gardenfly are Corey Abramowitz and Rochelle Welnack. Both with a love for cooking and an appreciation for the fresh local produce, they realize that local food isn’t just a fad, but that it is vital to the future of our world. Corey and Rochelle also saw Gardenfly as an asset to the community because it strengthens the local economy.
If you live in the greater Phoenix area, or are interested in bringing Gardenfly to your community, check out Gardenfly to learn more.
